• Ensure accurate collateral documentation by selecting proper documents for various loan types and by preparing all notes, collateral documents, and guarantees by using correct terminology and detailed descriptions.
• Ensure compliance with banking loan policy, including verifying for appropriate approval and ensuring approved structure by referencing loan presentation.
• Deliver completed documents and notes to the account officer.
• Verify the input of commercial loans into internal systems.
• Order and review flood determinations.
• Review for and research technical exceptions.
