Salary Range:$18.25 To 20.00 Hourly

Starting Pay: $18.25+ (Pay reviewed after 90 days)

Do you like to serve others by using your excellent listening and problem-solving skills? As a CIS (Corporate and Institutional Services) Support Specialist in Warsaw, IN you will:

• Assist in a variety of tasks involving the monitoring the CIS telephone queue to assist clients with questions related to all CIS products and services.
• Monitors the CIS inbox and replies to emails and voicemails from business clients and branch staff regarding CIS products and services.

Basic Qualifications Include:

• Warm, friendly, and professional telephone etiquette.
• Understanding of bank operations and bank policies and procedures.
• General office skills including proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Two years of banking experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Hours:

Monday-Friday: 8:00-5:00
