We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Client Data Coordinator in Warrendale, PA! (Hybrid).

What You'll Do

The Senior Client Data Coordinator steward's high volumes of client data, with varying degrees of complexity, on multiple enterprise applications; establish and maintain client firm, office and advisor information.  This role also analyzes, research and interpret external and internal client data maintenance requests, trade and asset detail records and data exception reporting to determine requisite actions to be taken; perform data modifications on all impacted systems.  Data modifications may be required on multiple systems including Salesforce, to ensure alignment and data integrity across multiple systems.  The Senior Client Data Coordinator is responsible for creating project plans and timelines and communicating with all external and internal clients. 

The Expertise We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field preferred.
  • Minimum three years of business experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word preferred.
  • General knowledge of mutual fund business functions preferred.
  • Knowledge of Federated Hermes systems including MARS, Salesforce, TA2000, AWD, and FeDirect, are a plus.
