We're hiring an Advanced Project Manager, where you will spearhead complex Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) projects within Commercial Nuclear Power Plants. This hybrid/mobile role offers flexibility with the option to be based in Cranberry Township, PA, or Rock Hill, SC.

What You'll Do: Lead Project Management:Oversee the entire lifecycle of I&C projects, ensuring they meet contractual and financial objectives. You'll manage project scope, schedules, and budgets while navigating discussions on changes and variations with clients. Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans, establishing clear scope, schedule, and cost baselines. Drive project execution by following departmental protocols, managing procurement, and addressing any issues that arise. You'll ensure the project's success through effective resource management and communication. Monitor Progress and Performance:Track and report on project performance using Earned Value Management. Prepare cost forecasts and progress evaluations to support financial and performance reporting. Ensure project expenditures align with the established baselines. Finalize Projects:Efficiently close projects by organizing and archiving all relevant documentation, including financial, scheduling, and resource management records. Conduct final quality assessments and provide insights for future improvements. Engage and Collaborate:Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related issues and ensure smooth communication and alignment with project objectives. Drive Continuous Improvement:Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing project performance, bringing added value through continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: Education:Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, or Business. Equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered. Experience:A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in technical industries like engineering, manufacturing, nuclear, or construction. Experience with I&C projects is highly desirable. Skills & Knowledge:Broad technical knowledge of nuclear power plants, especially in I&C. Understanding of general business practices and contracting is crucial. Certifications:PMI PMP Certification or another equivalent project management certification is required. Languages:Proficiency in English.
