Performs limited production assembly, routine / repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently according to established procedures. Loading of lamps into retail molded plastic packaging, application of packaging components, labeling, and loading onto pallets for shipping. Uses small hand tools, counting scales and other miscellaneous equipment. Requires continuous movement throughout the production shift. Other duties may include. Attend/operate all assigned molding, stamping, and forming presses, degreasers and auxiliary equipment. Perform in-process inspection. Assist in pre-production set-ups. Move material as required. Maintaining relevant records / documents and may be responsible for periodic computerized data entry. Train new employees in standard work methods as required.Who we are looking for
