Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an IT Field Support Technician in Woodbridge, New Jersey. As an IT Field Support Technician, you will provide technical assistance at multiple locations, manage hardware and software issues, and ensure the efficient operation of IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems at various locations.

• Oversee regular system maintenance, as well as the installation and updating of software.

• Handle problems related to desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.

• Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of networks.

• Ensure the correct installation and configuration of printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

• Keep accurate documentation of all service requests, their resolutions, and inventory management.

• Address all customer requests professionally and promptly.

• Work in collaboration with other IT team members to resolve complex issues when needed. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role or similar

• Proficiency in Android Development

• Expertise in Cisco Technologies

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies

• Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware

• Experience with Dell Technologies

• Proficiency in Active Directory

• Experience with Apple Devices

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies
