We also offer generous tuition/continuing education reimbursement programs, mentoring opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and Colleague Resource Groups.Job Summary:Everest Global Services, a member of Everest Group, Ltd., is seeking a Financial Systems Manager - Oracle EPM within its Corporate Finance Department in our Warren, NJ headquarters. This position will be part of the Oracle EPM team, work closely with the business teams to enhance the organization's financial reporting capabilities and provide overall support of Oracle Cloud application.This is a hybrid position working 3 days in office, 2 remote in our Warren, NJ headquarters. Responsibilities include: * Implement and recommend process changes/improvements within the financial close process. * Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle EPM related activities. * Research and develop future enhancements and system capabilities. * Configure application components including reconciliations, reports, security, and process management modules. * Manage integrations and data quality processes (validations, mappings, transformations) * Through financial systems, support business needs surrounding the monthly close process, planning and forecasting, quarterly/annual financial statements and audits. * Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure financial systems meet the needs of users and comply with financial controls. * Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials.Skills * Ability to communicate clearly to business, IT, foreign subsidiary teams. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail oriented and highly organized. * Display ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work by established deadlines. * Highly enthusiastic, analytical, methodical, and disciplined in nature. * Ability to adapt and adjust to unexpected circumstances. * Ability to multitask and proactively research remediations to questions or problems as they arise.Work Experience & Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related field including one of the following: Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems. * A minimum of 6 years Financial Systems experience * A minimum of 4 years of experience working with Oracle Financials * Oracle Cloud Experience Preferred * Experience with some of the following ERP and or EPM modules: FAH, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Procurement, Fixed Assets, FCCS, EPBCS, EDM and PCM * In depth understanding of Oracle modules, configurations, and integrations points. * Experience with one or more Oracle reporting tools SmartView, Narrative Reporting, OTBI, BI Publisher, or Financial Reporting * Experience implementing Oracle Cloud Financials a plus. * Experience & creativity in troubleshooting data conversions, integrations, and/or software application problems. * PL/SQL skills * Insurance experience a plusOur Culture At Everest, our purpose is to provide the world with protection.
