Job Title: Process Technician

Job Description

• Proper set-up of all molds and related functions such as watering of the mold, knockout, hot runner set-up, hydraulics, and pneumatics

• Setting parameters of the molding press to the process verification sheet if applicable

• Repairing any fluid or air leaks relating to the mold

• Pulling and resetting all mold halves, specifically for the purpose of mold repair

• Loading and unloading all mold carrying trucks

• Installing and removing all auxiliary equipment from the molding floor

• Maintaining the orderly appearance of the mold storage area

• Ensuring the orderly appearance of all mold-setting supplies, including the removal of all supplies from the molding machine and immediate area

• Returning the Book to the Quality area at the removal of the mold from the press

• Completing, submitting, and filing all paperwork in a timely manner

• Adhering to all company policies and procedures (i.e., quality policy manual, associate handbook, Level II procedures, etc.)

• Complying with all internal and OSHA required safety procedures

• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping in respective area

Shifts

2nd Shift: 2:15 p.m. – 10:45 p.m. Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays

3rd Shift: 10:15 p.m. – 6:45 a.m. Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays
