Adecco US, Inc. 30-33/hour - Direct-Hire Electronics Repair Technician (Warren, MI) in Warren, Michigan
American Industrial is seeking a full-time, direct-hire Electronics Repair Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment used in industrial settings. This will include troubleshooting, disassembly and component-level repair of machinery such as control panels, PLCs, circuit boards, sensors, and other electronic components. Soldering experience is required for this position.
This position comes with:
A starting pay rate up to $33/hr. (based on industry experience & tenure)
Yearly bonus based on company’s profit.

Shift information:
1st Shift - Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm local time
occasional overtime and weekend availability required
Required Experience/Education:
High school diploma or GED, basic electronics training/schooling or EE schooling preferred
Minimum 2-5 years experience soldering at component level (required)
Disassembly/teardowns of circuit boards and repair of individual components
Experience with PLCs, ladder logic and/or HMIs preferred
VFD, Drive, Robotic Controls Repair experience a plus
Must be able to identify all common electronic components
The hiring process:
Phone screen with an Adecco recruiter (15 minutes)
Application review by hiring employer (turnaround time for this step can vary depending on hiring leader availability)
Phone interview with hiring manger (30 minutes)
In-person interview with hiring manager at client site, including skill assessment (60 minutes)
Hiring determination/Offer
Onboarding (background check, pre-employment drug screening, etc.)
