We provide field support and services to the AF DCGS system as well as sustainment of the current crew communications system within AF DCGS. The AF DCGS system is deployed to 21 sites, across the United States as well as overseas locations,

What You Will Do

• The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing staff, administering and controlling sustainment activities.

• As Program Manager you will ensure cost, schedule and technical objectives are met. Program management includes the identification and tracking of specific tasks as well as establishing the budget and schedules associated with those tasks.

• The program manager facilitates and coordinates all sustainment activities. Responsibilities include risk and opportunity management, Monthly Program reviews, Estimate at Complete reviews, daily/weekly program execution meetings and ad-hoc meetings as required.

• The program manager will execute Agile process and interaction with the government to ensure the program remains on track and adapts to evolving situations.

• As the Program Manager travel of up to 10% could be required both domestic and internal

Qualifications You Must Have

• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience as a Program Manager, Sustainment within aero defense, manufacturing and or related industry

• Experience as program manager in Air Force DCGS to include experience in DCGS sustainment

• Experience working with Senior Military leadership in a military environment.

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

• Program Management certification. Either industry/company certification or DAU certification. If DAU certification, minimum of level 1.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
