Job Title: Lead Restoration Technician

Job Description

Lead and execute mitigation efforts for water, fire, and smoke damage in residential and commercial properties. Assess damage and develop comprehensive mitigation plans. Supervise and train a team of technicians, ensuring efficient and high-quality work. Operate and maintain specialized equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, water extractors, and cleaning tools. Coordinate with project managers, insurance adjusters, and clients to ensure smooth project progression. Document all work performed, including detailed reports and photographs, for insurance and client records. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from clients promptly. Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly stored.
