Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to work at a global leader in filtration solutions for commercial vehicles & equipment in Walton, KY . Pay rate: $45.00/hr

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What’s a typical day as a Sr. Financial Analyst ? You’ll be:

• Responsible for communicating with LA, CBS, and local operational resources on all reconciliation matters

• Coordinating with site indirect AP tech for creating Pos for evergreen lease invoices

• Working cross functionally with operational staff that are responsible for the receiving and returning of all equipment leased

• Monitoring and reconciling all CAPEX spend for EDC and SDC

• Ensuring timely invoice processing and payment

• Ensuring timely capitalization of assets once placed into service

• Ensuring the proper GL coding is assigned between the two entities

• Coordinating with site indirect AP Tech for creating Pos where needed for Capex expenditures

• Contributing to ad-hoc requests from the site controller as needed, including various account trend analysis and balance sheet reconciliation support

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis

• Are flexible and adaptable

• Have a strong work ethic

• Possess a deep understanding of financial principles, particularly in general accounting

• Are a go-getter and proactive problem solver
