Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Finance professional with strong analytic and communication skills to join our Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team! This role will support the Chief Financial Officer’s (CFO) Office and senior leadership team by assisting with internal and external reporting activities, analyzing company results, reviewing forecasts, and providing support for Quarterly Guidance and Long-term Modeling for external investors.

The Sr. Finance Manager will analyze monthly and quarterly results to support the Company Leadership Team, CEO Leadership Summits, Earnings Calls, and Investor Analysts Meetings. Collaboration is important in this team, and you will gain an in depth understanding of the company structure, from Corporate FP&A reporting requirements to investor relations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform quarterly EBITA analysis for total company and segments to understand key drivers of margin performance like Price, Productivity, Investments, Inflation, and Volume/Mix. Present results directly to the company CFO each quarter.

  • Provide analytic support for total company bonus/annual incentive plan calculations.

  • Lead Board reporting and planning processes including financial packages and presentations.

  • Drive analytics that highlight key trends, variances, forecasts, and anticipatory analysis for the entire company.

  • Act as a key liaison with divisional financial leaders regarding compliance with corporate FP&A requirements including timely and accurate submissions.

  • Support the preparation of Board financials and presentations for the Board of Directors.

  • Provide support for total company long-term strategic model and quarterly guidance.

  • Provide QC support of reporting and analytics that go into the Earnings release package.

  • Coach and mentor junior members of the team.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in a finance role within an operating business.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business-related field or equivalent experience required; MBA, CPA desired.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate and articulate business impact in financial terms.

  • Critical attention to detail and accuracy with a penchant for action.

  • Strong Excel and modeling skills. Be willing to learn programming languages like VBA and visualization tools like Power BI to transform financial data and analysis.

  • Strong skills and working knowledge of HFM / CMR / PLN or equivalent financial program.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with members of the corporate executive team and the finance leadership team.

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team. Outstanding ability to drive enhanced outcomes
