Picture Yourself at Pega:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This individual will be part of a team that is working directly with our Chief Product Officer on the Pega Blueprint SaaS offering. This is a high visibility individual contributor (IC) role that demands a strong technical background, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up like environment within the walls of a much larger company.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • You will act as a key team member developing the Pega Blueprint SaaS application.

  • Frequently deploy changes to production to ensure product is up to date

  • Continuously help and support our product team while operating the Pega Blueprint production service.

  • Quickly adapt to changing priorities based on customer feedback. This include thinking on your feet to solve complex problems and speedbumps in the products lifecycle

  • You have Hands-on experience working with Pega Infinity

  • Must be local to Waltham, Ma able to come onsite 3-4 days per week

What You've Accomplished:

  • Pega CSA or CSSA is required

  • Full-stack development experience is required

  • Experience using React is required

  • Experience with Java preferred

  • Primarily will work in rules development (App development on Pega Infinity)

  • REST API development experience required

  • Experience with prompt engineering preferred

  • Experience working with Large Language Models a Plus
