Our Facilities team is dedicated to providing innovative and comfortable spaces for our employees and visitors. Our Physical Security Operations center is dedicated to safety, security and assisting Pega employees in a range of needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This is an on-site position based in Waltham, MA.

Picture Yourself at Pega:

This position reports to the Director of Global Facilities Operations. In this role you will assist them and their teams in a range of global tasks to meet Pegasystems Travel, Compliance and Security initiatives. You will work closely with our global operations team to help implement new polices and maintain our current policies. You will be helping to teach employees about our policies, technology, and processes. Your primary job will be to make sure that the specialized needs of the Facilities, Physical Security and Travel departments are met. You will assist in documenting and maintaining operating procedures, assisting in our regular audits and compliance requests, regulatory needs for traveler Visas and travel authorizations, educating Pega staff and assisting our global Security team in incident/emergency management response. This is a new and dynamic role that will have an influence on many key parts of Pega’s operations.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Work with PSOC to respond to all global compliance requests

  • Work with PSOC to setup remediation plans and complete audit findings or opportunities for improvement.

  • Work with global teams to create and maintain key documents.

  • Conduct education session

  • Assist Pega Travelers in acquiring Visas, Passports and Electronic Travel Authorizations

  • Work with Travel and Events teams to provide logistical and regulatory support

  • Create a range of documents including operating procedures, polices and facilities related newsletters/Bulletins.

  • Review documentation and procedures and submit for approval

  • Work with PSOC to coordinate and conduct tabletop tests and emergency response plan tests for our compliance and business continuity programs

Who You Are:

An outgoing, well-spoken and detailed oriented person with the ability to simplify complicated processes and share this knowledge amongst their peers. This person needs to have a flexible attitude, extreme attention to detail, can teach, be patient and learn new processes. A person who is comfortable working with a range of different cultures across the world and diving deep into complicated issues to help create the best solutions for Pega.
