Reputable mid-sized firm is seeking a senior real estate litigation attorney with an interest in advancing their career in a growing industry to join them. Do you have a love for the legal field? This highly ranked firm is looking for a licensed attorney. The permanent Attorney can work remotely from anywhere in CA.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze and summarize legal documents

• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel

• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

  Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Demeanor to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines

• Licensed attorney

• Excellent academic credentials and references

• Adeptness in commercial real estate

• Arguing Motions experience

• 5+ years of Real Estate Litigation Experience experience desired

• Foundational knowledge in Arguing Motions

• Experience with Commercial Litigation

• Depositions experience preferred

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

• High attention to detail
