Description Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist - St Mary Medical Center-Walla Walla, WA Under the direction of the Laboratory Medical Director and the Laboratory Department Director, the Medical Technologist Lead aids in the establishment of laboratory goals and objectives, supervises all aspects of the laboratory in regard to guest relations, human resource management, and quality assurance. Performs laboratory procedures as instructed by attending physician(s), and ensures that departmental maintenance, quality control, and inventory requirements are met.
