Yorktel is currently seeking a Senior Vice President of Strategic Programs who will lead the development, execution, and oversight of key strategic programs to drive organizational growth, innovation, and operational excellence. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong ability to align cross-functional teams, drive large-scale programs, and deliver results aligned with the company's mission and long-term objectives. Roles & Responsibilities:Strategic LeadershipDevelop and implement strategic plans that support the company’s mission and objectives. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Understand the products offered by the company and be able to articulate our value proposition to a customer. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team to support strategic initiatives.Create a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within the strategic programs department.Program ManagementOversee the execution of large-scale, cross-functional programs ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.Develop metrics and KPIs to measure program success and ensure continuous improvement.Anticipate and address potential risks or challenges, providing strategic solutions.Manage Strategic Account Program ManagersDevelop Standard QBR’s across all Programs including Metrics and KPI reporting.Stakeholder CollaborationFoster strong partnerships across internal departments, including operations, marketing, finance, and technology.Engage with external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies, to drive initiatives forward.Serve as a liaison between Strategic Customers and Executive team to communicate program progress and impact.Financial and Resource OversightDevelop budgets and resource plans for strategic programs.Ensure optimal utilization of resources while maintaining cost-effectiveness.Deliver financial and operational reports related to program outcomes to executive leadership.Other Strategic Program related duties as assigned Leadership & Supervisory Responsibilities:This position is responsible for managing a team of Program Directors and Program Managers assigned to Yorktel’s Strategic Program Accounts. Skills & Abilities:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering measurable results.Expertise in change management, business transformation, and organizational growth.Visionary leadership with a strategic mindset.Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.Strong organizational and prioritization skills.Collaborative and team-oriented approach.Education & Experience:Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Strategic Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.Experience: Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role focused on strategy or program management.Additional Requirements:May require ability to work a flexible schedule, May require occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)Requires extensive sitting, standing, and walking.Domestic travel requiring multi-night stays within and at times outside the local work area.Valid passport; International travel possibleValid U.S. driver’s license Must be willing to complete background checks and drug tests as required by current or future contracts.Must be willing to apply for security clearances, suitability, and other related clearances to be able to work at certain customer locations.
