Henry Schein Launch Specialist in Walker, Michigan
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Launch Specialist is responsible for the overall order process for new site openings. This includes managing the quoting and order process of medical and dental supply and equipment, planograms, onsite oversight of implementation of supply and equipment installations, coordination of client teams, project auditing and reduce risk of poor customer outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivers information to internal & external team members via phone, email and in-person communication
Daily coordination and communication with peers and members of the client team
Drafts and communicates medical equipment quote and order processes
Monitors and updates planograms to detect or assess problems
Provides oversight to each on-site project to ensure each implementation is handled correctly
Tracks deliveries, equipment scheduling, and all other applicable tasks outlined for onsite management to ensure the implementation runs smoothly
Onsite implementation deliverables including putting away supplies, oversight of equipment installation and delivery audits
Provides post order audit updates on all items for successful project completion
Coordinates directives and communicate with internal team members of any risk or issues
Resolves issues as they arise and coordinate with the appropriate team members
Communicates formulary adjustments and requirements based on project needs

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 2 to 4 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience
PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE:
Project management experience
Industry related experience (clinical background, medical or dental experience in sales, operations or logistics)
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline
Master's degree or global equivalent a plus
May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Requires weekly travel
Perform general physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials
COMPENSATION: The posted range for this position is $54,000 - $94,500 annually which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to be fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
