Job Description for the Logistics Coordinator with 128 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric:

• Properly dispatch multiple technicians

• Determine the technician skill set

• Scheduling

• Basic data entry

• Daily Performance Reporting

• Exceptional communication with customers, technicians, and management

  Experience for the Logistics Coordinator:

• Previous experience multi-tasking between multiple projects

• Working independently

• Computer experience is a plus

• General understanding of Microsoft Windows, Office, and the Internet

  Requirements for the Logistics Coordinator:

  Must be able to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment

• Manage multiple jobs at one time

• Ability to communicate and understand customer concerns

• Continuous communication with technicians and management

• Punctuality

• Prior dispatching preferred
