Description We are offering an opportunity for a Logistics Clerk to join our team located in WADSWORTH, Ohio. In the Wholesale Distribution industry, you will be a key player in managing logistics and supply chain operations. This role requires your presence at our onsite workplace and it offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage data entry tasks related to supply chain logistics

• Handle order entries with precision

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain and analyze logistics data

• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls related to logistics operations Requirements • Possession of strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the wholesale distribution industry.

• Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Excel for various tasks such as data entry and analysis.

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, handling queries, and resolving issues effectively.

• Familiarity with order entry systems and processes.

• Knowledge of supply chain logistics, including inventory management and distribution processes.

• Previous experience working in a logistics role or similar is preferred.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
