Growing construction company seeking to hire construction laborers to their team!

These positions are full-time roles with lots of OT available. During the busy season, candidates will work sun up until the job is done, so candidates must be okay working long days, and not having a set end time. Pretty much all of the work is local, candidates will be home the vast majority of nights. Candidates meet at the shop in the morning, head out to job sites in a work truck, and come back to the shop after the work is done for the day.

Candidates will be laying / installing fiber optic cable at job sites around the Wadena / Perham area. Candidates will be operating equipment (mini excavator, skid loader, bobcat, etc.) and digging by hand to lay cable. Candidates will also be doing directional boring and using locating equipment at job sites. Positions can be very physically intense at times, so candidates cannot be afraid of hard labor and picking up a shovel.

We are looking for candidates who have 1+ year of experience working an outside construction / labor / landscaping job (or anything closely related).

Candidates who have previous equipment operating experience and utilities installation experience are eligible to get paid a higher starting pay. Pay is based on previous skills and experience.
