Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an AR and Credit Manager to join our team in Waco, Texas, United States. In this role, you will be key in managing the credit risk process, maintaining relationships with third-party collections and attorneys, and overseeing credit reporting. This position will require you to work closely with regions to manage terms and conditions associated with invoicing, payments, and insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of the credit risk process within the company

• Collaborate with regional teams to manage terms and conditions associated with invoicing, payments, and insurance

• Maintain and develop relationships with third-party collections and attorneys

• Oversee credit reporting and handle inquiries or disputes to Dun & Bradstreet

• Ensure all new customer applications and COD requests are processed efficiently and in a timely manner

• Monitor customer accounts proactively to determine credit limit worthiness

• Oversee the review and approval of credit authorizations

• Ensure all customer cards are accurate and updated as needed

• Manage the process of maintaining credit team processes and competency

• Effectively handle certificate of insurance requirements. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding required

• Experience with Accounting Software Systems essential

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a must

• Proficiency in Concur software needed

• Experience with ERP Solutions necessary

• Knowledge of Accounting Functions required

• Prior experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) essential

• Auditing skills necessary

• Experience with Billing Functions is a must
