Description

Our reputable client in Vista is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist. The specialist will handle the receipt and accounting of funds being paid to the organization, perform account balance and billing activities, and maintain records of invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.

• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Proven working experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

• Solid understanding and knowledge of relevant accounting functions.

• Advanced competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software.
