Job Description

The Electro-Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for the rapid manufacturing of sub-assemblies and finished systems. The day-to-day tasks include assembling cables, harnesses, panels, mechanical assemblies, and large system builds. In addition to assembly, this role involves system troubleshooting and diagnostics. The assembler will work closely with test technicians and engineers to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues with varying levels of complexity

• Have a working knowledge of electrical theory and signal processing

• Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, schematics, and other production-related documentation

• Solder wires, PCBAs, and components

• Utilize basic hand tools and power tools

• Utilize measuring tools such as multi-meters and continuity checkers

• Provide assembly feedback and suggest changes or improvements

• Complete build records and documentation as required

• Conduct quality checks on own work and perform buddy checks on others' work

• Maintain workspace cleanliness and organization using 5S methodologies

• Follow manufacturing guidelines and procedures

• Adhere to company regulatory and compliance policies

• Participate in cross-training activities

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Average computer skills for daily tasks

• Attention to detail and quality consciousness

• Drive and ambition to complete work in a timely manner

• Personal sense of integrity, trust, and respect

• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain a positive culture

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00
