We are looking talent for our Irapuato Plant for the position of:

Warehouse Operation Training Jr Manager - Irapuato Plant

Full-time position.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Location: Irapuato.

Work schedule: full-time position.

Qualifications:

Strong experiences as Warehouse Operation Training

Mandatory knowledge in SAP or CRM related focusing in warehouse module

Communication skills

Has experience in operations or supporting launch/delivery/start-up

Ideal candidate is experienced and qualified in the technology impacted by the change.

Has Integrated Warehouse System experience and is familiar with plant systems specific to where the initiative is occurring

As Warehouse Operations Training Jr Manager you will:

• Member of site/module Launch or Operations team

• Owns the development of the training strategy for the start up

• Drive completion and operations alignment of step up card and operational standard updates due to the change, in partnership with the Start Up Leader, SME (Subject Matter Expert) and E&T (Education & Training) pillar rep

• Owns the development, alignment and execution of the training plan

• Lead and own the tracking of training completion and communication with operations on progress against qualification progress

• Work with technical engineering to Identify new technologies and new transformations for which learning plans are required

• Obtain the updated skills matrix and determine what specific skills are required to run the process by role

• Benchmark/assess against current unit operations that are the same/similar technology (same site, global)

• Determine how many trainers/coaches are needed for the project and what timing they will be needed

• Determine who will be on the training team and what are their roles

• Determine when and where practice and qualification on the equipment will be done

• Determine the training material requirements , based on the skills matrix and stepup card, and dates for the development and validation of those materials (link this work with the Manufacturing Deliverables) (Manufacturing Readiness)
