Epsilon's Product Design team is dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences across our expanding product portfolio. A key differentiator for us at Epsilon is how we integrate Product Design as a core practice within the company. We understand that delivering outstanding user experiences requires a balanced focus on distinct disciplines, including UX Design, UI Design, UX Research, UX Engineering, and UX QA. Our team brings together experts in each of these areas to develop industry-leading software for both client-facing and internal tools. We are seeking a Mid-Level Product Designer to leverage their expertise in user research, design processes, and UX best practices to help shape cutting-edge platforms and applications that are transforming the digital advertising landscape.
What You’ll Achieve
Participate in UX research using industry accepted methodologies and documentation strategies including user personas, site maps, user flows, interviews, card sorting, competitive audits, and market research.
Remain up-to-speed with the latest developments in the practice / profession of design.
Participate in cross-functional project team meetings to help define business requirements while developing advocacy for the Product Design team / discipline.
Combine user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints to build wireframes and prototypes that thoughtfully demonstrate useful, usable, and desirable design concepts and functionality.
Apply user-centered design principles and practices to help create efficient and user-friendly interactive digital products.
Who You Are
What you will bring with you:
Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years working in established UX teams, contributing to impactful design projects.
Educational Foundation: A degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred).
Portfolio Showcase: An accessible online portfolio that highlights exceptional design work and process.
UX Expertise: Knowledge of UX best practices and the ability to empathize with user needs to create engaging experiences.
Time Management: Proactively manage tasks and deliverables to meet deadlines effectively.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Prowess: Analytical and creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative and functional solutions.
Visual Design Sense: A good aesthetic sense to craft visually appealing and functional designs.
Open - Mindedness: The ability to set aside biases and incorporate constructive feedback to iterate on designs.

Figma Proficiency: Adept in using Figma for collaborative design work and creating high- quality prototypes.
Adobe Creative Suite Experience: Familiarity with tools like Photoshop and Illustrator, enabling advanced graphic design capabilities.
Graphic Design Experience: A background in graphic design that enhances visual storytelling and branding within UX projects.
Technical Acumen: High-level understanding of how front-end and back-end web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript function.
