There are Business Relationship Managers (BRM's) on the Client Healthcare Team that need support – they are connectors between the business and IT.

• The Tech PM's will help understand the needs of the business and ensure that the solutions align with their goals and objectives.

• Need to understand the different risks

• Experience with system implementation.

• Architect experience

• Ability to gather requirements from the business.

• Need to hold people accountable.

• Project tracking

• Specific technology isn't important as per the customer – architecture experience would be ideal

• Cloud based services

• Must be independent

• Great comm skills

• Nice to have - Healthcare experience and Medicaid experience.
