Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: Triage and Prioritization: Analyze incoming data requests, triage bugs and feature requests, assign them to the appropriate teams, and prioritize them based on business needs and impact. Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate communication between stakeholders (PA, Engineering, Data Scientists), ensuring everyone understands project requirements and progress. This includes leading meetings, documenting decisions, and resolving conflicting priorities. Data Validation & Analysis: Collaborate with data scientists on data validation, identify discrepancies between data sources, and develop solutions to improve data quality and accuracy. Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 4+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager, especially in data-driven projects. 2+ years experience working with engineering teams and familiarity with Agile or other development methodologies. Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize key issues. Experience with stakeholder management, including building strong relationships with internal and external teams. Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
