Technical Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Create management, communication plans and processes.

• Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.

• Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.

• Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports.

• Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects

• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones

• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects

• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives

• Experience with Agile Kanban methodology.

• Experience with Jira.

  Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related technical field required

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Technical Project Manager.

• Must possess an understanding of Data Center Infrastructure

• Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, and proficiency in Jira.

• Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred

• Experience and knowledge of hardware and software installation, upgrades, site maintenance, development and more.

• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods

• Familiarity with software development methodology, hardware configurations, and IT infrastructure.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others

• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

• Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
