Technical Project Manager Responsibilities:
Create management, communication plans and processes.
Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.
Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.
Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports.
Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
Experience with Agile Kanban methodology.
Experience with Jira.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related technical field required
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Technical Project Manager.
Must possess an understanding of Data Center Infrastructure
Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, and proficiency in Jira.
Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred
Experience and knowledge of hardware and software installation, upgrades, site maintenance, development and more.
Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
Familiarity with software development methodology, hardware configurations, and IT infrastructure.
Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
