What you and your team are working on

The Technical Business Analyst Advisor lives at the intersection of product and engineering, assisting our user interface teams with architecture and digital content management principles. This individual helps translate business requirements and functionality from integrated products into UI elements that empower an exciting user experience.

Our team is distributed and that means you can live and work wherever you want–as long as your work hours match US business hours. Salary range for this position is $93-135k, depending on candidate experience and geographic location.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacts with product teams to gather system requirements.

  • Prepares business requirements for working with other products.

  • Serves as a resource and/or participant in product process re-design activities. Assists the UI engineering teams in determining if and how UI architecture enhancements may improve process flow and business function.

  • May perform application, system and regression tests.

  • Responsible for creating business requirements and system documentation, as well as contributing to end-user and project management documentation.

  • Works with quality assurance and UI engineering teams to ensure changes are migrated into production correctly.

  • Interacts with UI engineering teams to convey system requirements or updates.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working with digital media or design and development teams.

  • Experience advising, consulting, architecting, or developing user-facing applications.

  • Ability to travel up to 5% for team meetings and training events.

    What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience with the development of financial services software,

  • Experience using web browsers and development tools.

  • Experience reading and interpreting UI designs.

  • Experience/comfort-level working across teams and with leadership.
