PamTen, Inc. System Administrator in United States

System Administrator will work with support team in evaluating, troubleshooting issues, resolving technical problems, restoring services and providing onsite support throughout the agency. System administrator will be responsible for configuring and deploying IT equipment, fulfilling any technical requests. Work with business to identify application/system requirements and provide the IT consultation to business if needed. Contact vendor to get malfunctioning equipment repaired. monitor and maintain site inventory and manage computer related asset. Perform backup and restore to ensure company data integrity; Flexible in work schedule to conduct moves and assist projects; Manage and maintain shares and network printers on file/print servers; Document and share new resolutions and procedures; Escalate priority issues, redirect problems to proper resource and provide feedback to management for any ongoing issues. Follow standard processes and procedures to maximize customer satisfaction and deliver excellent customer support. Technical Skills & Knowledge:

  • Windows 10/11

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Familiar with Microsoft AD, Azure AD and Intune

  • Understand of networking

  • Computer hardware, different made and models.

  • Relevant Application/software

  • Ticket system/asset management tool

  • Basic knowledge of ITSM

    Business Skills & Knowledge:

  • Customer Service skill

  • Proficiency in logical and analytical skill

  • Verbal and written communication skill

  • Interpersonal and collaborating skill

    Industry/Sector Skills & Knowledge :

  • Healthcare Industry Experience if possible
