About the Role:
The Senior Vice President Sales primary goal is to significantly expand SONIFI’s market share in the interactive patient engagement sector. In doing so, you will be responsible for driving and developing the healthcare sales team from prospect to close, developing strategic relationships with new health system accounts, pursuing commercial partnerships and collaborating with other senior leadership to set the overall strategic direction for SONIFI in the healthcare sector. Your primary focus will be the U.S. hospital market, and secondarily pursuing expansion into other markets.
This is a highly impactful leadership role, requiring proven experience in healthcare technology and an existing book of business, as well as a balanced combination of strategic sophistication and ability to execute effectively. The position will report to SONIFI Health’s General Manager and will work closely with other senior leaders of the company.
Responsibilities:
Drive growth strategy for SONIFI Health, understanding key industry dynamics and their impact to patient engagement.
Own day to day management of the healthcare sales organization, including recruiting, upgrading, training, developing, and coaching of sales teams and individuals.
Deliver against annual sales targets, and drive overall pipeline growth, deal management, and prospecting for lead generation.
Align the organizational strategy and sales plan to day-to-day activities and deliverables of sales team.
Provide effective guidance on account health and customer centricity strategy, and work with teams to creatively overcome obstacles. Serve as business owner for customer contracting.
Set and manage sales policies, including comp plans and rules of engagement to optimize performance.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with other functional areas and colleagues to ensure successful customer outcomes, and cultural alignment.
Incorporate effective use of tools to enhance sales performance and productivity.
Derive key insights from data and analysis to improve sales performance and productivity. Rigorously understand and apply what’s working and what’s not through tightly designed feedback loops.
Identify and maintain market dynamics to inform company strategy, including market segmentation, competitive strategies, and programs designed to advantage SONIFI in the market.
Manage channel partnerships, referrals, and other market collaborations to advance SONIFI positioning.
Qualifications:
Related bachelor’s degree is required, with an MBA strongly preferred
15+ years of experience in vertical-driven enterprise sales, with most recent 8-10 years selling to hospitals/health systems. Priority focus on inpatient sales, and secondary focus on outpatient / ambulatory.
Must have managed a minimum $25M revenue business in a senior sales management role, with national coverage or large regional responsibility within a larger company.
Must have demonstrated and quantified track record of delivering impactful and sustained growth
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, including written, oral, and in-person communication skills
Professional maturity and poise under duress; high emotional IQ and capability to nurture relationships externally and internally
High attention to detail and sophistication to value sell a solution set in a complex environment
Analytical professional who operates using data
Strong preference for prior Salesforce experience
Self-motivated, with a passion for success
Ability to leverage complex data to drive strategic decisions
Masterful in leading negotiations
Strong knowledge of contracts and the legal process in executing deals

Ability to travel approximately 30-40% of the time with close proximity to a major airport
Salary range for this role is $180,000 – $240,000 per year.
