Develops and establishes short, mid and long-range planning objectives and priorities into J6 strategic, operational, and technical planning in consonance with DLA J6 goals, directives and mandates, and other key stakeholders. Coordinates IT communication strategy development, and leads matrixed teams of multi-functional experts within J6 staff, contractors, and other IT organizations. Coordination efforts involve planning and implementing an IT communication strategy to assist J6 in achieving organizational and mission objectives, while keeping the DLA workforce informed, therefore ensuring a good customer experience. Utilizes a thorough, comprehensive knowledge of communication and IT principles and procedures to direct and oversee the work of assigned program area and subordinate structure. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications To qualify for Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, your qualifications must include: A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) or competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Develops policy formulation and long range planning in connection with prospective changes in functions and programs including DLA J6 issuance and guidance, and programs such as FedMall, AMPS, SPOE, Al/ML, RPA, etc Demonstrates responsibility and accountability toward customer service initiatives, and the ability to adapt and respond in a dynamic fast-paced Planning environment Designs, leads and directs the communication strategy aimed at achieving requirements while maintaining a positive customer experience. Plans and assigns work, setting priorities and performance expectations, and evaluates work of employees. B.
