Modivcare Strategy Implementation Manager - OKR in United States

Modivcare is looking for an experienced Strategy Implementation Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and management of strategic initiatives within the organization. The role involves close collaboration with executive and senior leaders to develop objectives and key results (OKRs), track progress, and ensure the achievement of strategic goals. It demands strong project management skills, exceptional communication and leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the organization's strategic priorities. This position plays a critical role in driving organizational change and achieving long-term success.

This position will be hybrid if the candidate is located near our Denver office.

This role...

  • Collaborates with executive and senior leadership to develop and refine the OKRs aligned to our enterprise strategy.

  • Facilitates workshops and meetings to help departments and teams establish their own OKRs aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

  • Ensures OKRs are clearly defined, measurable, and achievable.

  • Implements a robust framework for tracking progress against OKRs.

  • Develops and maintains dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into performance metrics.

  • Prepares regular reports and presentations for the Chief of Staff and senior leadership on the status of OKRs.

  • Fosters a culture of transparency and accountability by effectively communicating OKR processes and expectations across the organization.

  • Ensures all teams understand the strategic objectives and how their individual and team goals contribute to the company's success.

  • Coordinates cross-functional collaboration to achieve OKR alignment and address any roadblocks.

  • Analyzes OKR outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Recommends and implements process improvements to enhance OKR effectiveness.

  • Stays up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in strategic execution and OKRs.

  • Provides training and support to teams and individuals on OKR methodology and best practices.

  • Serves as a subject matter expert on OKRs, offering guidance and coaching to ensure successful adoption and execution.

  • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.

We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following...

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum six (6) plus years of corporate strategy or program management experience; must have experience in managing or leading OKR initiatives and projects.

  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

  • Proven experience in strategy execution and performance management, with a deep understanding of the OKRs methodology and its implementation in corporate environments.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of distilling complex issues into structured frameworks and actionable plans.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management at all levels across multiple departments.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change, inspire others, and manage multiple stakeholders in cross-functional initiatives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing and building relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data analysis and creating insightful reports and dashboards for executive leadership.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent project management skills, familiar with OKR software and other project management tools such as Workboard.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with precision and efficiency.

Salary: $111,000 - $149,900

Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
