Position Description:

Responsible for National account customer documentation, materials, job costing, status monitoring, and administrative closeout of each project. This position is required to loosely interact with the Service Operations Manager and assigned National Account Executive to ensure the timely completion of each project. In addition, the PA will be expected to participate in and manage special projects development and implementation as required. PA’s may be expected to have direct customer interaction with periodic face to face meetings which may include some travel not to exceed 15% annually.

Where is the work:

This is a remote position.

The expectations and responsibilities for a KAS Project Administrator include, but are not limited to:

  • Participating as the KAS liaison as needed for that account.Customer focused with an understanding of revenue and margin goals with basic customer sales experience.

  • Assisting with developing projects related to their KAS account, including takeoffs and pricing for their relevant portions.Responsible for general administrative functions to support the service fulfillment process:

  • Records relevant correspondence and issues

  • Collects and inputs project cost data into system application

  • Validates and reconciles project costs data in system application to completed work order

  • Follow up with customer to obtain missing purchase order numbers

  • Ability to meet short- and long-term deadlines.

  • Participating in regular business reviews with the customer

  • Participating in regular internal KAS account reviews

  • Developing a KAS account specific rollout strategy with the National Account Executive

  • Responsibility for furthering relationships with the customer related to their KAS accounts

  • Assists with communication to customers regarding project status to help drive or complete sales

  • Responsible for general administrative functions to support the service fulfillment process which includes proper systemic set up of KAS customers, sites, processes and procedures as required for functional service agreements and fulfillment.

  • Records relevant correspondence and issues

  • Collects and inputs project cost data into system application

  • Validates and reconciles project costs data in system application to completed work order

  • Follow up with customer to obtain missing purchase order numbers

  • Sets up initial invoicing process and format, layout, attachments, and mailing with Shared Financial Services representative for successful account on boarding

  • Responsible for generating and printing various assigned reports

  • Work order management

  • Daily management of open work orders

  • Escalation point for work orders

  • Manage work orders and close work orders on Customer Portal as needed

  • Manage and close work orders in Service System as needed

  • Coordinates with Service Provider for special projects

  • Quote Management

  • Prepares Quotes and submit to customer

  • Coordinates with Service Provider upon approval

  • Liaison with customer and field office

  • Communicates effectively with other team members

  • Assists with communication to customers regarding project status

  • Effectively meet the needs of internal and external customers

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $61,550 - $80,950

Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, experience and geographic location where the work is performed.
