RGP Sr. Oracle Cloud Project Management Consultant in United States

As an Oracle Cloud Project Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing and delivering Oracle Cloud ERP implementations for our clients. This role is crucial for ensuring that clients achieve maximum value from their Oracle applications, including modules such as Financials, Projects, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). You will serve as the central point of contact, coordinating between technical and business teams, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.   • Lead Full-Cycle Oracle Cloud ERP Implementations : Manage end-to-end implementation projects, guiding clients through each stage, from planning to go-live.

  • Project Management Excellence : Utilize both waterfall and agile methodologies to ensure efficient project execution, meeting timelines, budget requirements, and client expectations.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and develop solutions tailored to their business needs.

  • Solution Architecture and Integration : Oversee the design and integration of Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, EPM, and Integration Cloud), ensuring seamless interoperability and alignment with business goals.

  • Data Migration and Customization : Manage data migration tracks and customization efforts to ensure the system aligns with specific client requirements.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance : Supervise user acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth problem resolution.

  • Client Advisory Role : Act as a trusted advisor for clients in multi-vendor environments, providing insights on Oracle’s latest innovations, including AI in ERP solutions.

  • Post-Go-Live Support : Provide continuous support post-implementation to ensure user adoption and system optimization, allowing clients to realize the full potential of their Oracle Cloud ERP solution.

  • Experience : 5+ years of experience managing large Oracle Cloud ERP projects, with a proven track record of leading at least three full-cycle implementations.

  • Oracle Cloud Expertise : Proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP modules, especially in Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, and EPM, with a strong functional background in finance and supply chain.

  • Technical Knowledge : Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, integration processes, and the latest trends in Oracle’s ERP innovations, particularly AI-driven functionalities.

  • Project Management Skills : Experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies, and proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet.

  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills : Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues during implementation and support phases.

  • Client-Facing Experience : Ability to serve as a client advisor, particularly within multi-vendor environments, helping guide clients towards efficient solutions.

  • Team Collaboration and Mentorship : Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and support cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications : Oracle Cloud certifications in Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related modules are highly desirable.

  • Additional ERP Knowledge : Familiarity with other ERP systems such as SAP or Workday is a plus.

  • Oracle Cloud Extensions : Knowledge of Oracle PaaS, IaaS, and other Oracle Cloud extensions.

  • Leadership and Multi-Tasking : Ability to mentor teams, manage multiple priorities, and navigate fast-paced consulting environments effectively

  • Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

  • Pay Range: $ 85-110/ Hr.
