What You Will Do:
This leadership role oversees SkinCeuticals' crucial Pure Player and Selective accounts, which contribute 25% weight of business (WOB). The E-Key Account Manager (E-KAM) will spearhead the management of three key partners: THG, LovelySkin, and Bluemercury, driving their performance and strategic growth. This position demands strong business acumen, including experience interacting with C-suite executives and physician partners, along with the ability to navigate the complexities and mitigate the risks inherent in this dynamic channel.
Strategic Account Management: Lead all aspects of account management, encompassing budget and forecast development, strategic planning, leading all account communications, and contributing to contract and joint business plan (JBP) negotiations.
Growth-Oriented Joint Business Planning: Develop and execute JBPs focused on sustainable growth and profitability, working collaboratively with key partners.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Represent the channel in cross-functional meetings and initiatives, collaborating effectively with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Supply Chain, Legal, A&I, Finance, Education, and Medical Affairs teams.
Team Development: Foster a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
Financial Management: Achieve financial objectives by developing and managing the annual budget, monitoring expenditures, and analyzing variances.
Integrated Digital Strategy: Ensure retail partners implement a complementary, education-focused digital strategy that emphasizes the brand's medical foundation and minimizes channel conflict with direct-to-consumer (D2C) channel wherever feasible.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or related field) with 5-8 years of experience in cosmetics or retail management.
Leadership & Relationship Building: Proven leadership experience, including the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and physician partners within the dermatology community.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights. Experience in demand planning is a plus.
Sales & Profitability: Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and exceeding profit targets.
Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape within the clinical skincare market.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
Independent Thinking & Decision-Making: Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions.
Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range : $117K-$167K (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
