Senior Manager, Change Management

Otis is looking for a Senior Manager, Change Management to support the change management function as a Center of Expertise (COE). As a Change Management colleague, you will collaborate with other functions and COE’s to enhance our change capabilities and drive change for major programs with the aim to build the organization. The Senior Manager, Change Management will be a critical part of the Change Management COE while partnering closely with key senior executives to support the Company’s global transformations through targeted change initiatives and programs.

This individual will report directly to the Senior Director, Change Management and will have the opportunity to and work closely with Global Functions and Operating Unit leaders to build the change expertise locally. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage the building and execution of change management on key initiatives while balancing the additional responsibilities related to establishing the Change Management COE.

As Senior manager, change management your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expertise in establishing a change management strategy and ensuring implementation

  • Ability to manage large, complex global initiatives through a dispersed team

  • Support capability building across different functions including embedment into leadership programs

  • Consulting on a wide variety of enterprise transformation programs to deploy expertise

  • Guiding leadership teams through the overall change management process; helping them to define future state, identifying and overcoming barriers to success, and enabling an intelligent, smooth change process

  • Design, implement and continuously improve a change acceleration process with toolkit for deployment

  • Gathering, analyzing, and presenting information and related recommendations for high visibility/high impact projects

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or master’s degree with 3+ years of experience

  • Experience executing Change Management consulting engagements in a global consulting firm or managing change across multiple functions in large organizations

  • Global exposure and experience

  • Experience with change strategy and interaction with senior leadership teams

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to build trust with key senior executives

  • Understand the complexities, while being able to influence others in a diverse and dynamic work environment

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with dynamic information to business challenges

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
