• Qualifications:

  The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  o Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Analysis/ Technology/IT/Computer science o Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR business processes, capable of resolving issues fast, and convert business requests into system solutions. o Functional understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud systems, HCM Core, Compensation, Time and Labor, Absence, and performance. o Hands-on experience in creating reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI. Able to setup using RTF, eText, and XSL templates. o Minimum of 3 years of experience in complex SQL/PLSQL. o Proficiency in Oracle Fusion ETL technologies, i.e., HDL, HSDL, HCM Extract, and Fast Formula, bursting and scheduled reports. o Detailed understanding of the Fusion/HCM Cloud Security Model and its application for reporting purposes o Solid experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing scripts, and configuration/solution documentation. o String analytical, problem solving and error isolation skills. o Strong data analytical skills, attention to detail, and data transformation using SQL, Excel, Power Query, or MS Access. o Effective oral and written communication skills, including stakeholder management. Able to work on a multi cultured global setup workplace. o Knowledge in the following areas is a plus: + Workday HCM + Other HR Systems: Taleo Recruiting, Taleo Learn, Oracle Right Now, Jira + Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor, Compensation, Absence, Performance, Goal + Additionally, experience in creating or supporting SOAP/REST web services would be advantageous.
