Essential Functions of the position are detailed below, and include any physical requirements below that.1. Oversees the assigned property and staff; ensuring all fiscal, maintenance, compliance, and resident matters are handled appropriately. Provides regular updates and/or reports about the property to the Multi-Building Property Manager and Asset Manager.2. Oversees the move-in, and recertification process ensuring confidential resident files are accurate, organized and in compliance with funding guidelines and Catholic Charities Housing Services Policies and Procedures.3. Prepares and organizes confidential resident files for annual audits following prescribed methods, ensuring all residents files are accurate, organized and in compliance with funding requirements at all times.4. Ensures readiness to pass all inspections/reviews of management documents and/or resident files by a funder or regulatory body (i.e. MOR, IHDA etc.) at all times.5. Works in conjunction with maintenance staff to help ensure the building is ready to pass any physical inspection by a funder or regulatory body (i.e. HUD REAC etc.) by communicating and coordinating involved parties.6. Ensures staff provide welcoming and responsive interactions with applicants, residents, residents' guests, staff, vendors and volunteers. Confirms accurate information is provided regarding funding guidelines in both oral and written communication.7. Responsible for the coordination of weekly meetings and all completed work orders.8. Responsible for the supervision, coaching and performance evaluation of property management staff assigned. May assist in the hiring process of staff along with Multi-Building Property Manager and Asset Manager.9. Attends and participates in any specialized funding and /or Catholic Charities in the housing industry10. Must be available to handle any building or resident emergency during business hours and after regular business hours.
