Liberty Latin America Senior Specialist, Social Media in United States
The Senior Specialist, Social Media role is responsible for social media content strategy development, community management, and digital campaign execution. This role is responsible for building and maintaining brand expression on social media through its campaigns, social content, and community engagement. Key to success in this role is relationship management with market leads, local influencers, and other stakeholders to develop insights into both the digital habits and cultures of our Caribbean markets. This is a critical role in advancing the company's objective to drive awareness, promote brand affinity.
This role occasionally requires work after hours or on weekend. Occasional travel also required.
Developing campaigns and strategies for the digital and social space.
Plan, develop, execute and report on social media content
Develop and manage content calendars for social media channels
Monitor performance of content and campaign and analyze data obtained to determine actionable next steps
Identify trends and insights and utilize them to increase engagement on our social media pages
Suggest and implement new ideas to develop brand awareness and engagement
Collaborate with creative team to ensure brand consistency
Work collaboratively with the paid and performance teams on developing content to support current offers
Connect business goals to the social medial strategy
Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management and designers
Relationship Management
Management of relationship with internal stakeholders including marketing and commercial leads.
Minimum of a degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Design or any other related field OR equivalent experience
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position at an agency or in-house team
Strong knowledge of digital and social media platforms
Proficient in social media publishing and reporting tools
Knowledge of content creation tools like Canva and Capcut
Knowledge of publishing tools like Sprout or Sprinklr
Knowledge of project management tools like Asana would be an asset

Well versed in social media platforms and trends
Ideation, writing and development of content for social media
