The Senior Solution Onboarding Consultant is a technical consultative role that has expertise in Deluxe solutions as well as processing operations of our outsourced solutions. Provides consulting and leadership from an integrated solution perspective in the design, development, and implementation of Deluxe solutions. Establishes relationships with our clients and their customers providing technical and operational guidance to expedite implementation and revenue for Deluxe. Serves as a senior advisor to our clients and our internal teams.

Job Functions:

  • Develop relationships with leadership groups both internally and externally in order to collaborate and make informed decisions providing delivery assurance and Deluxe success in delivery of our programs/projects. Maximize customer satisfaction and grow Deluxe’s business with our key clients.

  • Performs and leads discovery consulting engagements to address technology, infrastructure design, and business processes/needs when onboarding Deluxe solutions with clients.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of client’s needs during the execution of our client projects and provide input as appropriate. Interfacing with the client during planning and requirement sessions to ensure delivery models are aligned with client expectations and that program/project management is fully integrated.

  • Serve as primary solution SME and drive issue resolution in order to expedite onboarding and revenue.

  • Partners with Solution Education, Product and Delivery Services to customize training and ensure operational readiness for our clients and their customers.

  • Serve as senior advisor and liaison to Deluxe for the client during the onboarding and migration phase of the relationship.

    Basic Qualifications:

    Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and 5 years or HS/GED and 9 years

  • Experience in technical project execution required in either a consultant or leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors Degree in Business or Project Management

Experience: 7 years in outsourcing operations and project implementation

  • Broad knowledge of the industry and specific, in-depth expertise in the technologies and business processes related to the Deluxe solutions.

  • Strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and define the interaction between components.

  • A sound sense of business and technical strategy is required to envision the architectural approach to the customer's problem set.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary to understand the business needs and then to communicate the architectural vision.

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Target Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $125,000.00 - $125,000.00
