SUMMARY:

Aeroseal is looking for a Senior FP&A Specialist that will assist us in our mission. This role will be responsible for all aspects of financial planning and reporting for the business unit and involve leading analysis and continuous improvement projects to drive business performance and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably with full P&L responsibility supporting a business unit leader

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning software is a plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and project management is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

  • Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide insights to business leaders for decision-making.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances to budget/forecast.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility into financial performance.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop detailed annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

  • Monitor and update forecasts based on actual performance and changing business conditions.

  • Ensure alignment of budgets and forecasts with strategic objectives and operational goals.

• Business Support:

  • Serve as a financial partner to business unit leader, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.

  • Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and scenario modeling.

  • Lead and participate in M&A and other cross-functional projects aimed at improving financial processes and systems.

  • Implement best practices and streamline financial reporting and analysis processes.

  • Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.

The estimated pay range for this role is $75,000-90,000. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
