ICONMA, LLC Senior Content Designer in United States
Our Client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for a Senior Content Designer for their Atlanta, GA/Charlotte, NC/Raleigh, NC/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
Business Initiative/Purpose: Sr content designer to support authentication, alerts, and bulk notifications in the Enterprise and Connected Channel Design segment.
Craft clear, concise, and impactful messaging for time-sensitive servicing notifications, alerts, and authentication flows.
This role sits at the intersection of UX writing and product design—helping users stay informed, engaged, and secure while interacting with our platform.
Play a key role in shaping the way Client communicates highly visible, critical information, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and consistency across touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
Ensures user-friendly messaging for authentication flows, helping clients securely access their accounts with confidence and ease.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, marketing, copywriting, or related field
Strong understanding of UX, content design, and information architecture.
Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and performance analytics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
A Bachelor’s Degree is REQUIRED.
Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:
Experience with bulk notifications, application alerts, servicing messages, and authentication content
Experience with CMS, design tools like Figma, and collaboration tools like Miro
