The expected pay range for this position is $90k-$150k annually. This includes commission and bonuses. Pay is a direct result of your unique abilities to sell product. You control your earnings!

Our ideal candidate:

  • Reliable-Shows up Ready to Work.

  • Has prior Toyota experience (preferred not required)

  • Demonstrated success in sales, preferred in a dealership setting.

  • Outgoing Personality-Ability to guide customers with their needs.

  • Ability to communicate effectively.

  • Ability to work Independently.

  • Customer and sales focused.

  • Knowledgeable on products, features, and industry.

    Qualifications:

  • Experience in automotive sales, is a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.

  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

    Compensation: The estimated annual earning range for this position is $90,000-$150,000 which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.

    High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
