Liberty Latin America Representative, B2C Sales, Recharge & Distribution EC in United States
What´s the Role?
Develop, maintain and manage Partner Accounts/relationship to drive and maximize revenue growth of recharge through all partner channels in EC.
Supports the development and end-to-end management of the in-house distribution channel, billing and management of stock levels of airtime for the prepaid mobile residential product. Steers the digitalization of recharges/top-ups across channels
Responsible for the sales growth of the (new) Tourist sim and E-sim.
Deployment of promotional sales activities in close cooperation with D2D / mobile field sales teams.
How you will add value?
Works with the various distributors and merchants to meet the agreed sales targets
Works with the Supervisor of Recharge & Distribution to develop the recharge and distribution sales strategy
Develops and submits performance reports
Trains distributors and merchants as is necessary to ensure that sales targets are meet
Works with the Supervisor Recharge & Distribution to develop and introduce the in-house distribution channel.
Manages partner relationships in Distribution channels
Steers the digitalization of recharges/top-ups across channels
Drives sales growth of the new (Tourist) sims and E-sim
Deployment of promotional activities in close cooperation with D2D / mobile field sales teams
Co-ordinates the availability & placement of POP materials in Merchant channels by partners or third parties
Generates and analyzes distribution KPIs; and report performance against targets
Generates daily recharge sales reports and forecast performance to end of month
Assist in determining and implementing key actions that are needed to ensure delivery against agreed targets
Processes purchase orders to fulfill recharge requests from distributors and or merchants, in collaboration with the finance department
Performs weekly market visits to merchant channels
Ensures that 100% merchant and point of sale databases are captured and updated at least every 6 months
Understands the merchant sales composition and clearly identifies the top selling merchants
Ensures that merchant locations are captured and updated at least every 6 months and mapped into a mapping tool
Reports on merchant, distributor, customer trends (products sold, prices, commissions)
Ensures a proper hierarchy and partner setup on recharge, retail, self-service and outsourced systems
Configures accounts on recharge system for internal and external partners, with the proper permissions and access
Trains distributors and or merchants and sales forces to understand and review their performance numbers
Trains distributors and or merchants and sales forces on the in-house distribution channel tool (Emida).
Sets incentives and /or penalties to promote distributors and or merchants meeting targets
What do you need?
- Education:
MBO degree / High school diploma or equivalent (preferably in commerce or sales) Years of experience: +1 years of sales and distribution experience
Knowledge in:
Previous experience with managing retailers and POS systems a plus
Good knowledge on Distribution and/or sales strategies
Negotiation and win-win strategies
Good knowledge on POS Systems
Understanding of market channel trends
Ability to:
Ability to spend 70% of this job on the road visiting distributors/ retailers
Competencies:
Highly motivated and organized individual
Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills
Quick follow through
Able to understand issues and challenges
Time Management skills
Valid driver’s licence is advantageous
