Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator for their Mount Laurel, NJ/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
Ensuring form information is accurate and responsible for making outbound calls to obtain any missing/validating information needed.
Assigned list of forms to process throughout the day and responsible for completing.
Daily team check in meetings to discuss metrics and questions.
Responsible for making outbound phone calls if more information is needed or for assistance/ support.
Workday and email to be used.
Cross training possible in other background adjudication areas in the bank based on volume and performance.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years
I9 Support Experience 2 years
Onboarding – Onboarding process support 2 years
Recruitment Coordinator Experience in Corporate Setting 2 years
Workday exp.
