DAS Health RCM Product Director - Remote in United States

The Revenue Cycle (RCM) Product Director (FLSA exempt role) is responsible for overseeing and directing the strategic, financial, and operational aspects of the RCM product line for DAS Health. This process includes the development and implementation of policies and processes surrounding pricing, billing, third-party payer relationships, compliance, collections, and other financial aspects of RCM business. The RCM Product Director is responsible for providing strategic planning, leadership, and oversight to ensure quality and to drive results and outcomes for all operating activities within RCM division.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in billing, coding, and collections processes.
Continuously evaluate and refine revenue cycle processes to reduce denials, improve cash flow, enhance patient satisfaction.
Provide leadership and guidance to vendor and team to ensure we are in alignment for achieving company goals and objectives.
Ensure vendor adherence to healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and coding standards such as ICD-10 and CPT codes.
Responsible for management of vendor relationships to ensure accountability and overall best practices. Provide training and support to enhance performance.
Oversee implementation and use of RCM software and technologies, ensuring they are in alignment and support operation goals to enhance data accuracy.
Identify and mitigate risks related to RCM processes, including revenue loss and compliance issues.
Maintain and support relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Improve organization performance by identifying areas of improvement in the revenue cycle and leading process improvements where necessary to include process re-design, new technologies, or opportunities for automation.
Oversee and manage the P&L for RCM product line to ensure all revenue and costs are captured and budget projections and being achieved.
Monitor progress of achieving key product key objectives and goals.
Optimize all revenue through billing and collection activities.
Provides guidance in the day-to-day activities.
Responsible for managing actions relating to quality audits of team members to ensure productivity and KPI targets are being met.
Identify trends by root cause and/or payer-specific issues and work alongside vendors and clients to resolve them.
Continuous Improvement in policies and procedures.
Create and implement strategies to maximize revenue for our clients.
Participate in yearly budgeting and forecasting development and ongoing management.
Act as lead SME (Subject Matter Expert) to generate sales leads and to work alongside sales and Account Management team on net new, cross-sell, and channel opportunities.
Host external and internal webinars, generate client outreach, and develop net new or cross-sell/up-sell sales campaigns.
Strong focus on customer service to enhance client relationships and to ensure improved financial performance.
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects and initiatives to drive growth and results within the team.
Responsible for all month-end close processes including financial review and reconciliation, revenue reporting, cost analysis, and vendor/client communications.
Accountable for reporting division activities to senior leadership through financial reports and insights, highlighting RCM performance and financial trends.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Minimum of 5 years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience is required.
Coding Certification (CPC, CPC-H, CCS, CCSP, or ROCC) is preferred.
Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, trending, benchmarking is required.
ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, and HIPPA knowledge.
Exceptional communication (oral & written) skills.
Practical experience working with various levels of management.
Ability to read/interpret documents such as contracts, claims, and government regulations.
Ability to run and interpret an extensive variety of reports and provide strategic solutions.
High energy with strong initiative, accountable, self-directed, and organized.
Critical and creative thinker who drives results and business growth.
