Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.

  • Coordinate and direct project team members, ensuring all members understand their responsibilities and are working effectively towards project goals.

  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

  • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.

  • Prepare and present reports on project progress and performance.

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

  • Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to project activities.

  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.

  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

  • Conduct project evaluations and assessments of results.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.

  • Proven experience in project management or related roles.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
